One mission of our alumni chapter is to raise scholarship funds for incoming students to The University of Arizona. This year we will be offering two $2000 merit-based non-renewable scholarship to new students entering the University of Arizona in the fall 2012 semester (incoming freshmen or incoming transfer student are eligible to apply). Our OCCats scholarships are awarded each year to outstanding students who have demonstrated a combination of academic excellence, leadership, extracurricular involvement and community service.

Just in case you hadn’t heard, we have a new tradition at the UA that we can take part in here in Phoenix. The new tradition is wearing our Arizona Wildcats gear/colors on Fridays to show support for our alma mater.We will be wearing our UA gear/colors on Friday, will you?
