Homecoming 2011

Hello Alumni!  Homecoming 2011 is upon us.  We have much planned for Homecoming weekend!    Please sign up for the Parade, Halftime, Dinner and Dues through our ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM.  If you know of someone that does not have access to the internet, please have them contact me so that we can get a registration form out to them.

Homecoming 2011

November 4th - 6th

The Wildcats will be playing Utah

Game time is 4 pm

The deadline for game ticket reservation is 10 p.m. MST, Thursday, October 20, 2011.

             Tickets are $34 each and are located in the North endzone.

The general registration deadline is Monday, October 31, 2011.

Schedule of Events:

 Friday, November 4th

 Half Time rehearsal with the POA - McKale Field - Please be there by 3:30 pm, the band will be rehearsing from 3 to 4:30pm. 

                                 If you are able to make it on Friday for rehearsal that will help guide those that will not be able to make it in time. 

 Alumni Band Dinner – El Parador Restaurant and Cantina

   2744 E Broadway, Tucson, AZ 85716

                                       4:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m. - Happy Hour/Check In

                                       5:30 p.m - 7 p.m. - Dinner – Buffet - $25 per person, includes buffet, tax, gratuity, soda, tea and coffee.

                                       The restaurant bar will be open you will have to pay separately for drinks.

                                       7:30 p.m.-8:00 p.m. - Homecoming Kickoff Celebration – Pep rally, 
                                        bonfire and homecoming court at Old Main

 Saturday, November 5th

THERE IS NO SATURDAY MORNING REHEARSAL WITH THE POA!!!!!! 

Tailgating starts at 10 am and they may start parking them on the mall sooner so the band will not be rehearsing!!

Homecoming!!!  Arizona vs. Utah

Game time is set for 4 pm

Tents on the Mall start at 10 am till 4 pm - Set up starts at 8 am

Homecoming Parade is at 12:30 pm to 2pm
UA Alumni Band is number 17
We will line up next to Hillenbrand Stadium starting at 11:45 am be there at the latest by 12:15 pm!!!!

PLEASE DO NOT DRINK WHILE YOU ARE MARCHING IN THE PARADE!!! I understand it is a time of celebration but please try to be considerate of everyone around and not have an open container while on the parade route. :)
