Help welcome new Wildcat families at the Wildcat Family Conference on Friday, Aug. 21, 2026, at the Student Union Memorial Center Main Ballroom. This conference-style event is designed to support incoming University of Arizona parents, families and supporters as they prepare for their student's transition to campus life.
Volunteers will play an important role in creating a positive and welcoming experience by assisting with guest arrivals, providing directions, supporting breakout sessions, answering questions and helping families navigate the day's events. Your support will help families connect with university resources, gain valuable insights and feel confident as they begin their Wildcat journey.
Select from one of three shifts:
- First Shift: 8:30-10:10 a.m.
- Second Shift: 10:10-11:50 a.m.
- Third Shift: 11:50 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
