- Unofficial transcript
All files must be uploaded as one PDF. If not uploaded as one single PDF file containing all required documents, your application will be considered incomplete and ineligible for the review process. Find directions on how to merge files into one PDF here.
Two letters of recommendation in PDF format from:
- Someone affiliated with the University of Arizona (examples include staff members, professors or alumni)
- One letter of recommendation from someone outside of the university
- Letter writers can upload their letters here.
