When

2:30 – 5 p.m., Aug. 10, 2024

It is time for one of the Pac-12 NYCs greatest annual traditions - SLOSHBALL!

It's been going on for well over a DECADE, but we're dedicating the game to our dearly departed friend and UCLA Alumni, Scott Jones aka White Lightning. It's like our regular game but with even MORE adult beverages! Come to play or just to picnic and watch the spectacle.

Bring your own blankets/chairs and beverages/snacks - but remember to be DISCREET and to clean up responsibly.

We will be playing at North Meadow Field #2 - Get there at 2:30pm so we can fill you in on the rules if you've never played!

Rain outs happen all the time. If it rains on a Friday, the fields are likely red flagged on Saturday. The hotline to call and find out the status of the fields is 212-628-1036, press 1, then 1, then 2.

Some reminders:

  1. It IS BYOB. This game is FREE. BRING YOUR OWN BEVERAGES. There will not be any community drinks.
  2. Bring paper bags/solo cups/koozies to keep your beverages concealed. This is VITAL.
  3. We have been so awesome at cleaning up every year... let's keep the streak going... We'll have trash bags, but any help at the end is appreciated.
