Consistent with University policy, alcohol consumption is not allowed on the Mall area west of Cherry Avenue. However, academic and administrative units participating in the Wildcat for Life Tailgate Party will be given the opportunity to contract with the Student Union and Professional Bartenders to sell or provide tickets for beer and wine within their own tented area. Any organization choosing to sell or provide alcohol are required to work through the University Philanthropy and Engagement Program (PAE) and pay both for (i) bartending services and (ii) security and fencing around their tent. Student and undergraduate organizations are not allowed to consume, offer or sell any alcoholic beverages in their tents pursuant to University policy, found at http://policy.arizona.edu/ethics-and-conduct/alcohol-policy-and-regulations.

- All city, state and University laws, policies, and procedures must be followed.
- Use of glass bottles is discouraged.
- Beer and wine are the only alcoholic beverages permitted.
