2026 AOY Honoree, College of Social and Behavioral Sciences - Class of 1993
Angela Castellino lives by a personal motto that reflects her leadership philosophy and commitment to service: Participate. Elevate. Imagine the possibilities.
A proud University of Arizona alumna, Angela spent more than three decades in the technology industry, building not only a distinguished career but also a legacy of influence and impact.
As a seasoned sales executive, she led and scaled high-performing teams across diverse sectors, blending disciplined sales methodologies with empathetic, people-centered leadership. Renowned for driving revenue while fostering cultures of accountability, innovation and growth, she earned accolades including Manager of the Year at Oracle and recognition as a Senior Leader of Microsoft’s Team of the Year. After retiring from tech, she joined her husband, Anthony, in managing a commercial real-estate portfolio and remains an active supporter of the Tucson community.
Angela’s passion for empowerment began with Girls Who Code, where she mentored young women exploring coding and game development. That experience inspired a lasting dedication to guiding the next generation. Today, she coaches U of A students — and young professionals nationwide — on personal branding, networking and navigating an evolving job market. Inspired by her twin daughters launching their careers in 2023, she has re-engaged in mentoring, including in emerging technologies and AI.
Beyond her professional and mentoring roles, Angela serves on the boards of Ventana Golf & Racquet Country Club and the Alpha Delta Pi House Corporation. For her achievements, mentorship and advocacy, the University of Arizona is proud to honor Angela Castellino as the 2026 Alumna of the Year for the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences.
