The University of Arizona Women’s Rugby Team will also be making its way out from the Old Pueblo to play their SDSU counterparts on Saturday, March 21 starting at 11 am PST. The location is Field ENS 700 and it is directly to the east of Viejas Arena. This will be their last regular season game. The team is a club sport administered by the Recreation Center and not an official NCAA program supported by the Athletic Department. Learn more here.
The BeachCats are hoping for a large turnout to support the Women's Rugby team. There is parking located to the south and west of the field that you can pay for. Or you can take the Green Line Trolley to the SDSU Transit Center stop, and the field is to the west of the exit.
Highly recommend that any attendees bring water, a chair and something to cover your head with. Nearby campus stores should be open to patrons to get any last-minute supplies. Please come out to help cheer on the Wildcats as they play and let's root them on to victory!
