Alumni from the University of Arizona are changing the world. They are teachers, doctors, engineers, entertainers, environmentalists and so much more. Together with the university's colleges, we are honored to celebrate the Alumni of the Year.
What's New

The Strategy
The central team, will directly communicate with award recipients, copying designated college AOY contacts and lead DOs. Additionally, the central team will collect recipient guest lists and handle registrations for the VIP reception.
The Central Team will send bi-weekly email communications with updates and action items, which will also be posted on Rufus and One Team. Collaboration between the Central Team and colleges will occur for guest lists at both events. Additionally, the Central Team will supply script talking points, attendance lists, and event briefings.

Media Features: Award winners will be featured on the alumni website page with award recipients’ photos and bios. Social Media posts celebrating award recipients, including individual posts on Twitter, Facebook, and an Instagram Story. Toolkits will be created and made available to college Marcom teams for usage.
Each college will be given a table of 10 seats at the awards ceremony. The existing $1000 fee to colleges helps to underwrite costs associated with the event (venue, awards, programs, food and beverage, etc.). Additional seats and tables can be purchased for a fee of $60 per seat.
Promotional Resources
Colleges can access centrally produced promotional materials to share on social media ahead of the event on February 27.
