Contact Lisa Valentine at lisaval@al.arizona.edu to order Homecoming buttons. For colleges and units, they are .50 cents each. Supplies are limited.

Tent Reservations (Tent space on the Mall in the college area)

The WFL Tailgate Party opens 5 hours prior to kickoff. 

You will need to request and purchase a load in pass from our office. They are $2.

Load in begins 90 minutes before we open. Each vehicle has 15-30 minutes to unload then all vehicles must be off the Mall.

Detailed directions will be emailed to each participant 1 week prior.

  • Tent reservation deadline: Friday, Sept. 16.
  • ​Tent and accessory payment due by Friday, Oct. 7.
  • Final packets for tent space on the Mall will be emailed to all participants after Friday, Oct. 21.

There will be space allocated outside the fenced-in college area for other colleges and units that prefer not to be in the designated alcohol space.

Yes, each college or unit will need to create their own food and drink tickets with their name on them so that food vendors and bartenders can tally each groups food and beverage expenses.

As soon as game time starts, the gates will be opened for cars to get on Mall and load out. We are not allowed to load out after football game.

Event Registration, Calendar Listing Support & Lynx Reporting

If you submitted your event details using our event request form prior to Sept. 1 then your Lynx event, registration page, and calendar listing are underway. Final links and Lynx details will be provided directly to you no later than Sept. 15. 

All other event requests generally take one week. 

Your event will be posted on the main Homecoming page and your unique link will be sent directly to you. 

Lynx is PAE’s CRM system that will help track your event attendees after they register. Contact your supervisor if you need access and training.

In Lynx, you can access the BETA – Registration details tab, click more and download an excel of attendees or complete a JIRA ticket for a complete report that meets your unit/college's needs.

Event registration must close 48 hours prior to when you/venue needs final numbers in order to process final registrations. If you are using an outside system to collect event registrations and would like to upload those registrants to Lynx, you will need to submit a support ticket. Yes! Members of the class of 1972 can give to any unit on campus they are passionate about and it will also count towards the cumulative class giving as long as it is made within the year. Exceptions: ICA seats, gifts that have been booked in a previous year.

There is parking available in the Second Street Garage. Reunion attendees will not need anything to enter the garage. A swipe card to use when exiting the garage will be available in the materials they receive at check-in or the first Arizona Alumni-hosted reunion event they attend.

Yes. Each college will be notified when alumni have registered and are welcome to attend.
