Homecoming FAQ

General

If you have questions about how to use the graphics, please submit a ticket for the PAE Marketing and Communications team.

All requests to create registration for either paid or free events as well as posting on calendar come to: homecoming@uafoundation.org.

Please email the Alumni Engagement team at homecoming@uafoundation.org.  Buttons are 50 cents each. Supplies are limited.

Event Registration, Calendar Listing Support & Lynx Reporting

If you submitted your event details using our event request form prior to July 14, then your Lynx event lookup ID, your main registration page, and calendar listings are underway. Final links and Lynx event details will be sent no later than July 30, 2025.  

All other event requests generally take one week. 

Once your event request is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email from The University of Arizona Foundation via Smartsheet (automation@app.smartsheet.com) with your Lynx lookup ID, a link to the public calendar listing, and a link to the registration page.

Your event will be posted on the main Homecoming page and the Events page on alumni.arizona.edu as a public calendar listing with all requested information.

Lynx is PAE’s CRM system that will help track your event attendees after they register for an event. Contact your supervisor if you need access and/or training. 

In Lynx, you can access the Registrant Details tab, then click more and download an excel of attendees or complete a Zendesk ticket for a complete report that meets your unit/college’s needs.  

Registration pages are not required to have a close date this year, but you can still set one if needed by providing an end-date on the intake form.

Updates will be reflected in Lynx every 24 to 48 hours, with timing adjusted for business hours and weekends as needed.

For any other questions, please contact homecoming@uafoundation.org.

To request a refund, please send an email to fssupport@uafoundation.org with the details (constituent name, event name, amount to refund). You do not need the card number to complete this. The original transaction will be refunded directly to that credit card.

In addition, you can also set the refund policy for the event to: no refunds at all, no refunds after a certain date, etc.

Wildcatforlife.org is the host of the Homecoming 2025 event registration pages. This platform tracks registrations and revenue, syncing the information to Lynx.

The check-in kiosk simplifies the guest check-in process. On check-in day, guests can scan a QR code to into their event.
