Fill out the form via Service Desk (support.uafoundation.org) to have your unit's event listed on the Alumni Homecoming calendar. If there is more than one event, please complete a new request for each. Please submit your event details no later than Friday, October 2.
Navigate to Service Desk (support.uafoundation.org) and in the Submit a Request section, select Wildcat for Life Event Support from the dropdown menu. You will be taken to a short ticket form and a link. Please use the link to the intake questionnaire and fill it out. At the end of the questionnaire, you will be prompted to download your answers as a pdf. Please attach the pdf to your Service Desk ticket and hit ‘Submit’.
Use this process to request an event registration on Almabase and/or to have your unit's event listed on the Alumni Homecoming calendar.
